E.A.T. & Eating: I have been a fitness instructor for fourteen years and teacher for eight years. My love for exercise started because I was a chubby teenager but determined to lose weight. Back then, exercise was all I knew to help me. Later after I received an education at the University of Florida, I realized how nutrition played a role as well. I started teaching exercise classes there in Gainesville and from there noticed many patterns of behaviors in different populations that lead to health issues and obesity. Since then, I have taught exercise classes for Sports Conditioning, weight loss, rehabilitative Aqua, Bodyflow and pregnancy classes, in order to fully understand many of the modes of exercise. Along with proper nutrition and supplementation, I know help others achieve optimal fitness.
