"Exercise as Therapy" & Eating

Exercise used for therapuetic purposes? That has been a concept around for quite a while. But E.A.T. is different because it was designed for people who have experienced tragic events to employ the natural "happy" chemicals in the brain, through exercise. Eating right is also a factor in dealing with stress in life such as tragic events.
